Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy By making a reservation, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Advance booking is recommended to guarantee availability. Cancellations by the Traveler More than 72 hours before the tour starts: 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding the cost of any tickets already issued, which are non-refundable. Between 72 and 24 hours before the tour starts: 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the cost of any tickets already issued, which are non-refundable. Less than 24 hours before the tour starts or no-show: No refund will be provided. Monument Tickets For tours that include admission tickets (such as Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, or the Picasso Museum), tickets are purchased in advance. Once issued, ticket costs cannot be refunded, as they are subject to the monument's own refund policy. Identification Document All participants must carry a valid official identification document (passport, national ID card, or equivalent) on the day of the tour. Monuments may request identification to verify ticket ownership. Failure to present the required documentation may result in denied entry and does not entitle the participant to a refund. Minors Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied throughout the tour by a responsible adult. Punctuality Guests are advised to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours begin promptly out of respect for the schedule and for other participants. Cancellation by the Guide In the unlikely event that the tour must be cancelled by the guide due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid. ***** ***** ***** ***** La reserva quedará confirmada una vez recibido el pago.
